A lot of WordPress backup plugins have limitations and are just pushing you to purchase the pro version. That is why I always recommend cperforming a manual backup of WordPress websites, whenever you can.
How to do manually backup WordPress:
How to Manually Backup WordPress Files using cPanel File Manager
Open File Manager and create an archive of all the files in the root directory.

You can also create a backup by FTP via a software such as FileZilla.

Step 1. Login to PHPMyAdmin

Step 2. Select the database

Step 3. Export tables

Step 4. Finish Export
